A morning workout video and a 30-minute low-intensity exercise video to get you moving straight away.

 

New videos for each month focusing on every aspect of fitness; strength, posture, balance, flexibility and more.

 

The simple fact is if you move more you will greatly improve your health. Our bodies need movement to rejuvenate, repair and restore.

 

When and how you exercise is also important.

 

Bouts of exercise are not as effective as regular exercise.

This class can not only help you “turn back time”  by improving balance, strength, mobility, and posture but it will also boost your mood by releasing the chemicals and hormones that make us happy so we really look forward to the next workout.
